Garlic Parmesan Turkey Chops
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add turkey chops and cover for about 5 minutes. Flip and cook for a few more minutes (between 145-160degrees).
Chicken & Turkey Sausage
Stove Top: pan sear with your choice of liquid (juice,wine, beer or water) Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes
Grill: On top rack, low and slow for about 15-20 minutes
Marinated Chicken Wings
Preheat oven to 400º Place wings on greased baking sheet or glass baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes For crispier wings, after baking place in broiler for 30-60 seconds on each side.
Stuffed Beef Pinwheel
Preheat oven to 350º In a skillet heat oil and sear on both sides. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350º. In a skillet heat oil and sear pork roast on all sides, season to taste. Bake pork roast for approximately 20-25 minutes per pound. Let stand for 10 minutes before carving.

Preheat oven to 350º. In a skillet heat oil and sear pork chops on all sides. Bake at 350º for approximately 35-40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
Bake at 350º for approximately 12-15 minutes. Can also be cooked on the grill or in the air fryer.
Bake at 350º 25-30 minutes for Hot Hungarian Peppers or bacon wrapped jalapeños(broiler on to crisp bacon). 40-45 minutes for Bell Peppers
Fajita Stir Fry
Place stir fry in pan and cook for 10-15 minutes. Place over rice, tortilla chips or soft tortilla for tacos. Great for a quick and easy meal.
Applewood Smoked Hanger Steak
Preheat oven to 350º. Bake for 45 minutes. You can also cook this on the grill to your desired temperature.
Breaded Pork Chops
Preheat oven to 350º. Bake 15-20 minutes
Preheat oven to 275º. Bake uncovered for 1 hour, turn the heat up to 350º, cook for an additional 15-20 minutes. Set the oven to broil to crisp the bacon internal temperature of 160º.
Grill: Put a piece of foil on the top rack. Grill low and slow until inside temp is 150º. Place on direct heat to crisp bacon.
Standing Rib Roast
Season with desired seasonings. Meat should be at room temperature to cook evenly. Cook bone side down. Set oven to 450º, cook for 30 minutes to sear juices in. Turn oven down to 325º, baste the ends every half hour. Cook 20 minutes per pound. Using your meat thermometer monitor the temperature and pull roast out 5º before desired temperature.
150º Medium Rare
Take out and let set for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
